Day 1: I was crying for food! Not near as easy as I thought. It wasn't 2 PM before I was pouring through the documentation trying to find my way into some food. Luckily the program I was doing allowed you to eat food, so long as it was natural and raw. I was in my car on the way to the grocery store to get vegetable broth and almonds.
Day 3-4: These were my blah days. I was on my journey and kept to myself. I woke up, went to work. went to bed. All the while, I was still on my journey. I can't really explain it other than I was doing something I never thought I could. I was in my own "hunger" games.
Day 5: I could look at this day two different ways. I was finally going to do something active: golf, drink beer, bowl, and drink beer. Now in my mind I convinced myself that I had to have food on my stomach if I was going to be active and drink. So I ate a veggie sandwich from Jimmy Johns. Not exactly on my point with my small business plan, but I was hungry. So here is the first way to look at this: I cheated and ended my journey too soon. Number 2: It was smart to eat since you were going to be active and drink. I will let you decide, but I know I completed my journey and have never been eating so healthy in my life.
I also have some pretty bad psoriasis. You will notice that many of these juices have lemon in them. A lot of people have advised me that lemon can help clear up a lot of different types of illnesses. I have to say, I am now a believer. My skin is looking better than ever.
I have already lost 10 pounds and have 11 months to lose 30 more. I am trying to complete my 40 pound weight loss by August.
