I just recently started to notice that my skin dries out much more now than ever before. My hands are cracking and my face can look scaley. I want to help you keep your skin looking great, much like I have started to do. Below I will walk you through my super easy routine as well as show you the products I use.
First, let's start with your face!
1. Wash Your Face- I would do this at least once a day. You can knock this easy step out in the shower.
2. Exfoliate- Now you don't have to do this every day, but at least 2-3 times a week. This will help get rid of that dry/dead skin. I would not exfoliate on days where you have just shaved your face.
3. Toner- You want to keep your face looking its best, so be sure to give it the right color tone.
4. Moisturizer- This should be done just as if you wash your face, at least once a day. I like to do it in the morning and at night. I use moisturizer throughout the day as needed.
I am a big fan of this Baxter of California "starter kit". I suggest buying one of these if it is your first time getting into proper skin care. This one doesn't come with the exfoliant like the one I bought so you will have to buy it separate. I suggest buying one of these if it is your first time getting into proper skin care.
Now there isn't much to do about your hands other than moisturize. I use Jack Black Hand Healer. I would also watch what kinds of soaps you use. Soaps can easily dry out your hands.
