I like to think that I try to be a healthy person, but currently Jonathon and I have taken it to another level!! We TRY to wake up at 5:00 AM and be in the gym at 5:15. Luckily, the gym we are currently using is our apartment gym so all we do is walk a few steps down the hall. So you might be curious about what spurred this new fitness regime, we would both answer, our Fitbits. Jonathon and I both have the Fitbit Flex, we thought that it would be a fun way to get more active, but we didn't have any clue that it would motivate us this much. The other day we were out furniture shopping and stopped by Best Buy and picked up the scale, Aria that goes along with our Fitbit's it is so awesome! It recognizes the different users and syncs our progress, truly impressive! What we like about these products is that it pushes us to meet our daily goal, so sometimes at 9 pm, when we are watching TV you will see us pacing around our living room until we meet our goal. Plus with the Fitbit all we have to do is walk, you don't have to run or lift or do anything crazy, just move more. So anyone can use it!
