So if you are into health and fitness you have more than likely heard of this awesome little ingredient. I must admit, I had been hearing tons about them and I broke down and bough them on Sunday at the grocery store. I didn't really know what I was going to do with them but I knew that I eat yogurt everyday and the least I could do was sprinkle them on top of my yogurt and add them in with my oatmeal from time to time.
